Hello! I'm Nate Yoakum, the owner of Yoakum CPA. I am committed to providing expert tax services tailored to meet the unique needs of businesses and farms. Yoakum CPA is dedicated to helping business owners navigate the complexities of tax regulations and maximizing your financial success.
I earned my degree in accounting from Ohio Northern University, where I built a strong foundation in tax and financial strategy. After graduation, I began my professional career at McCrate, Delaet & Co., where I have over 7 years of experience specializing in business and farm tax preparation and consulting. I am also a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor, allowing me to support clients with both strategic tax planning and day-to-day financial management.
Outside of the office, you will find me spending time with my wife, Madison, and our daughter Lyla. I understand the importance of a work-life balance and I will strive to create an atmosphere that promotes both professional excellence and personal well-being. I am involved in the community with various organizations including: the treasurer of Created 4 More (a faith based non-profit dedicated to helping individuals grow their relationship with God), ambassador for EPIC (Young Professionals of Ross County), Highland County Visitors Board member, and member of Maple Grove Christian Union Church. Any other free time I have you can find me at the creek fishing for bass, in a tree stand waiting for a trophy buck, or on the golf course.
